By accessing or using the Idle-Empire website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use Idle-Empire. Users under 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

Only one account is permitted per individual and household. Use of bots, VPNs, proxies, or misrepresentation is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to manipulate offer tracking systems
• Submitting misleading or false information
• Using automation, scraping tools, or reverse-engineering the platform
• Exploiting bugs or unintended behavior

Idle-Empire reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions. We may also audit accounts or withhold payments pending investigation.

Idle-Empire uses a virtual point system (“Points”) to reward users for participating in surveys, completing offers, and other tasks.

• Points have no real-world monetary value.
• Points are redeemable for digital rewards (e.g., gift cards, cryptocurrency), subject to availability and third-party approval.
• Idle-Empire reserves the right to adjust, withhold, or remove points in cases of fraud, abuse, or technical error.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Comply with these Terms, community standards, and applicable laws
• Avoid participating in offer-wall abuse, false responses, or misleading activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any fraudulent or prohibited behavior.

• Audit and monitor user activity for fraud prevention
• Modify or discontinue features or parts of the platform at any time
• Adjust or reverse point balances in cases of abuse, error, or policy violation
• Freeze inactive accounts after a period of 12 months

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Idle-Empire makes no warranties or representations regarding:

• The continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform
• The accuracy or reliability of third-party offers and services
• Any minimum earnings potential

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idle-Empire and its owners, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Loss of earnings, rewards, or user data
• Unavailability or interruption of service
• Acts of third parties (e.g., advertisers, offerwalls, payment providers)

Idle-Empire may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

• Their content, availability, or data practices
• Your use of such external services
• Any data shared with third-party partners

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

You may close your account at any time. Idle-Empire reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You breach these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• Your account is inactive for over 12 months

We may withhold rewards or points accrued through abuse or deception. Termination does not affect rights or obligations intended to survive.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms will be handled:

• First, through our internal support process
• If unresolved, in courts located in Cologne, Germany

All content and features on the Idle-Empire website—including design, layout, graphics, software, trademarks, and logos—are owned or licensed by Ehrenreich/Pahl GbR.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or modify any materials without our written consent.

Idle-Empire may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.

We may notify you of material changes, but you are responsible for reviewing the latest version. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
